The oysters
Šibenik bay is where the river Krka meets the Adriatic. Fresh water from the canyon and salt water from the channel mix here, and that is the water our oysters grow in.
We open them on deck, at anchor, and serve them on ice with lemon. Nothing else.
The wine
All of it is sourced from wineries no further than 40 km from Šibenik. This is the country of Babić, Debit and Plavina, grapes you will rarely find outside Dalmatia.
